Microsoft Dynamics CRM Advanced find
I need help creating a report. On our website, we ask demographic questions of our users. These are stored as a separate forms record. My issue is that I cannot figure out how to pull both the contact information I need (First name, Last name, Institution, email, and primary phone number) as well as the questions and their respective answers. I can get one or the other but not both on one report.

If so, then there must be a linking field from the q an a record to the contact. In Advanced Find, run the query of the Q and A record. Then when you select Add Columns click in the drop down at the top of the windows (Record Type) and then select the parent record type, contact. Then you will see contact columns which you can add to the results view.
