This type of error occurs at a stage in the boot process when the system tries to boot from the Logical Drive, and is typically due to a problem with the MBR.

It can potentially be caused by many factors, such as system BIOS, controller firmware, hard drive firmware, or the specific installation process writing a bad or corrupt MBR.

Is this on install or is it a running system?
