Exchange SSL showing as pending,
Hi
I have been give a Cert to install and the GUI is saying its imported ok but what I go back to the status is still showing as pending, I did not Buy the cert myself but when its cut should it explicitly be cut for exchange?
Thanks in advance

Exchange doesn't use local admin accounts - it will want to use domain account. Furthermore it is a machine setting - it doesn't belong to a user, so it shouldn't matter where the request is imported.
Did you generate a new SSL request? If not, then the file you have is probably useless unless it was a complete certificate (Rather than just a response).
There is nothing special about certificates for an Exchange server, they are regular IIS certificates, but you do need a pending request - which it sounds like you may have, but the file you have doesn't match.
Simon.
