Hi,

Just a simple question: any very good reason(s) to upgrade esxi 5.1.0 799733 to 5.5 in a lab environment?

FREE version - you can use more than 32GB.

Version 10 virtual machines

3D GPU improvements

vFlash

If you do not need any of those requirements, I would not bother.
