anyone know a command to find all devices, enabled, hidden, blocked etc on a single exchange box?

Get-ActiveSyncDevice | Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics | select-object DeviceID,Identity,LastSuccessSync |export-csv c:\temp\report.csv

Try first to run this and see if you see outcome on the screen

Get-ActiveSyncDevice | Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics | select-object DeviceID,Identity,LastSuccessSync

Then this

Get-ActiveSyncDevice | Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics | select-object DeviceID,Identity,LastSuccessSync > c:\output.txt
