https://myserver.mydomain.com/citrix/pnaget/config.xml  i'll be redirected to the netscaler-gateway logon page (/vpn/index.html) every time.

Is that URL correct, or did you misspell pnagent?

But, it depends on how the Netscaler is configured.  If it is the authentication point, then it will always intercept your request.. you won't have a way to get that config.xml file.

If you set it up to passthrough to a web interface server (or load balanced VIP), you should be able to get that config.xml?

But, you should be able to view the XML file on the WI server.  (If it is StoreFront, you should be able to browse directly to it, but the URL is different).  In SF, it is https://myserver.mydomain.com/citrix/<storename>/pnagent/config.xml)

if I disable authentication I see the xml-file.

... if you set the "default" store for PNAgent within SF the URL is the old, shot again.
