Hi

Have you perhaps tried installing the support files again manually from the SQLPrepInstaller_x64 folder right clicked and run as administrator ?

Also the account your using to install DPM, does it have admin permissions and have you maybe tried running the install with elevated permissions ?

thanks

Hi,

yes I have tried to install support files manually, it did not change anything.
The user I am using for installation is a domain admin and I have tried using elevated permissions, but no changes.

Hi

Where are you getting your install files from, if you look at the following link tight at the bottom, they say there is an issue with the ISO.

Hope this helps
