Can't Share Outlook 2010 New Contacts Folder (Using Exchange)

I am using  Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2013.   I created a new contacts folder and a new contact group in this folder.  When I went to share the new contacts folder Share is grayed out.

Why is this grayed out?
How can I share this folder?
