I’m trying to send my vcard to clients but don’t want all the extra info in notes field to appear. Not sure how to get it out and keep it out.

The only way to do it is to save the contact as a vCard .vcf file, then open that .vcf file in Notepad, remove the information you don't want to send and save it.
