Print Spooler Won't Stay Running

We have 1 users running Windows 7 who all of the sudden cannot print because the print spooler won't run.  We are distributing all printers through GPO and Print Management so no printers are local.  I confirmed on the local machine that no files are in the system32/printers directory.  RPC is running.  No other users are having the same issue and all users have access to all printers.

The event log shows

Shot in the dark:  Have you tried replacing the spoolsv.exe on that machine with a known good version?
Follow the steps in the article I wrote it does a good job of resolving print spooler problems, when you are asked to reboot do so. http://www.experts-exchange.com/Hardware/Peripherals/A_10891-Ten-Steps-How-to-Resolve-Printer-Driver-Installation-Problems.html

Web tracker - your article is great except there are no local printers all printers managed from a print server most of your steps do not apply

Korbus - I determined that the print service stayed running if I was logged in as adminstrator - so I do not think anything is wrong with the spoolsv.exe based on this information let me know if you think it is still worth a try

Came in this morning and the problem was resolved.  Not sure what the cause was.
