there's nothing in the event viewer that i can determine is related previously although today there was a new error: &quot;Application or service 'Microsoft Office Document Cache' could not be shut down.&quot;

a user who routinely uses the FILE/SHARE/EMAIL/ATTACHMEN<wbr />T function in MS Word can no longer do so. &nbsp;i reset the default email client to outlook. &nbsp;<br />

Unable to share word document
