I have a couple of questions relating to CRM Dynamics, here goes:
Opportunities Search Filter:
When attempting to search within opportunities we can only search the 'Topic' column and cannot seem to search any of the other columns displayed on the search page. One of the columns we would like to search is potential customer and this column is displayed on the search page and I have also gone into customizations to look into the attributes of this field and ensure ensure it is set to searchable> Yes which indeed it is. I am confused right now with this and why it is occurring.
Is there a way to populate a new or existing account with the main contact info once the contact for the account has been selected as we are finding we are double handling info when creating a contact and then need to enter the same info into the account page.
Any assistance on these 2 issues would be greatly appreciated and Thanks in advance.
