Nic team windows 2012 server

I have a del 2xserver with both 2x Ethernet NIC.

i configured first server
NIC1name:Domain     IP: 192.168.1.100
NIC2name:Heartbeat  IP:169.254.173.214, then testet PING all are OK. After i did NIC team ,Team1 IP configuration is emty comes out and no more Ping.
both ethernet cables connected the same switch.

What i forget?

As far as i know in NIC Team, you get a virtual network connection on which u have to set the IP Address and not on the NICs that you have teamed.
So in your case you will end up with 1 virtual Network, you configure it either for domain network or heartbeat.
You will need more 2 NIC to make another team to get one more network.

i used the same guiede ,but after 2xNIC teaming not any more Ping works.

Did you configure the IP Address on virtual network?

I did .  I configured after NIC Teaming "Team1" IP.

you mean  IP Address on virtual network on this giuede HYPER_V TEAM. if yes i gave IP with default geteway and dns IPs.
