Hello,

I have a user's mailbox which is also open on 2 other user's mailboxes and when the other users add/update contacts, the user doesn't see the updates unless the mailbox is taken off of cached mode. I would like to put it on cached mode. Is there anything I can do?

Thank you

Thank you for the link, I'll try those suggestions. But the problem exists when User B who has user A's mailbox open as a secondary mailbox updates the contacts of users A. User A will only see the update immediately if they're in non-cached mode, otherwise there's quite a delay.  Does send/recieve group govern how frequently contacts are synced?

Found it was the Send/Receive group time set too high.

Was actually that the user wasn't seeing the update fast enough, so I decreased the send/receive time.
