My about us button text is off center and the button as a whole appears off

how do I fix the menu bar so that each button, has the same amount of padding, and the about us button is properly aligned and centered. within the button space.

As the other question change the padding to 16px 18px in #gantry_menu-2 ul li a {}
i.e.
padding:16px 18px;
