Outlook 2010 Encrypt messages between two internal users. Exchange 2013

We need to encrypt email between the two owners of a company. How do I go about this with Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2010. We downloaded and installed the Free Comodo SSl email certificate.  I sent digitally signed messages to each user from the other and trusted the certificate.

What needs to be done next to make this work. Does the Exchange Server need to be set up?

Exchange does not need to be touched, you can do it entirely within Outlook.
When you receive the digitally signed message you should save the embedded certificate in that users contact record.  Easiest way to do that is to right click their name in the email and choose Add to Outlook Contacts, let it merge with existing contact if necessary.
To verify look at the Contact, it should have the email address that matches their certificate in one of the eMail fields.  Also the certificate will be stored in the Certificates list.
Once the Contact record has this you can now encrypt email to them.
They must do the same with a contact record about you to send encrypted to you.
