I have a user who is on Lync Basic 2013 V 15.0.4220 and when she is involved in a group chat (with say 3 or 4 people) &nbsp;and tries to close the window it opens blank chat windows for the number of users that we involved in the group chat. &nbsp;So she will get 3 or 4 chat windows that are just blank white and you can't close them out. &nbsp;You have to sign out of Lync and then back in before those windows will go away. &nbsp;We have downloaded a update to version 15.0.4551 and it still happens on her machine. &nbsp;I have only 1 other user who has complained out this issue also. &nbsp;We have uninstalled and reinstalled and it sill happens. &nbsp;Any idea's on how to fix this? &nbsp;Thanks
