Try this to pull your active sync devices

Get-Mailbox -ResultSize:Unlimited | ForEach {Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics -Mailbox:$_.Identity | Where-Object {$_.LastSuccessSync -le (Get-Date)

To see who has active sync enabled

Get-CASMailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | where { $_.ActiveSyncEnabled -eq 'True'} | ft name, activesyncenabled –autosize > c:\ActiveSyncEnabled.txt
