vmrc console has disconnected ... trying to reconnect

Gurus,

Getting this error, how to fix/correct it, please assist.

Windows 8 and VMware vSphere Client 5.0

Trying to install openfiler and why tried to boot the vm using it's iso, getting this error.

Please assist/guide/help.

Thanks, but was able to fixed with the help of a friend, we install another vm client software and using it, was able to start console at the server.

Tool: VMware Guest Console

This issue you are experiencing is a bug in the vSphere Client 5.0, which occurs when using Windows 8.0 and Windows 8.1.

This has been fixed in the latest and last version of the VMware vSphere Client 5.0 Update 3

Did you not try downloading the new VMware vSphere Client?

I think we are here for bottom line only, I agreed that hanccocka assistance was great and he tried to help/assist ... but if the problem is not solved, then what should I do, because of our configuration or the guy who did it, we just can't upgrade ... period, now I'm looking for a work around.

And I got the work around too, as shared here too, how I can even accept hanccocka answer, reiterating the same, very thankful to hanccocka, but I'm sorry, can't accept that answer, because it didn't solve the problem.
