Hi

Is this machine also a DC?

Next i wonder, in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14 there is a folder called BIN, can you post a screenshot with its security properties? Select the administrator so we can see its rights IF it is there....

Hi,

I have this path: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MMC in my computer and I have already tried renaming this file initially but no use.
Ok, are you using the latest rollup and is this machine fully patched?

After renaming the file, did you restart the MS Exchange Information Store services? (no sure if it is necessary but i could imagine this would be usefull.
I am not sure about fully patched but i did not restart the MS Exchange Information Store services.

One more point I have noted that there is no file "Exchange Queue Viewer.msc" in BIN folder.
Want to do a little experiment? I just copied it of one of my exchange servers. (from the BIN)

Had to rename it to .txt because .msc files are not allowed. Please download the file, rename it to .msc and put it in your BIN directory.

Thanks for the help. I searched the file in C: drive and found it in one of the directory. Copied the file Exchange Queue Viewer.msc and paste it into BIN folder.

It's working now...
I've requested that this question be closed as follows:

Accepted answer: 0 points for aftabindia's comment #a39792190

for the following reason:

Exchange Queue Viewer.msc file was not present in BIN folder. I copied the file from another folder present in server and pasted it into BIN folder. It worked well...
Sorry to object here but it was my comment that pointed you to the missing file which, once replaced, fixed your problem.
I didn't mean that. I agree with your point. But the fact is that I already fixed the problem before your final comment. Anyway, I thank for your support...
