Cannot remove TREND Micro OfficeScan

Need to uninstall and install another AV tool.  Asking for the password that I do not remember.  
Anyone know how to remove without knowing the password?

There is a Trend Micro support article with a number of possible approaches. You may have to contact Trend and get them to send you a password.
