driver for motherboard

Is this a new PC that you purchased that came with Windows 8 and you are installing Windows 7 64-bit on it? If so do you currently have Windows 7 installed and are you missing some drivers? What does device manager say is missing?

Or are you simply downgrading to Windows 7 and getting everything ready to be sure this will be a smooth and possible transition?

on HP web site I can see only:
HP ENVY 700-010 Desktop PC
HP ENVY 700-010xt CTO Desktop PC

both of them have available drivers for win 8 and win 8.1 (64-bit). Drivers for Win8 should be suitable also for win 7 so you can try to download and install.

If this is not working for you than you can check on manufacturers homepage if the component you are looking for is not a HP (network adapter, sound card, graphic adapter etc - because there is usualy not a motherboard driver but drivers for componenct alocated on the motherboard)
Anyway I did search vor MSI MS7826 mobo on MSI support page but no success, is it really that model?

There aren't any drivers for Windows 7 - not even from the motherboard manufacturers MSI.

What drivers does it report that are missing?

Any default drivers your Windows 7 has picked up? Like LAN or Modem if it has any?
