I have an office manager who would like me to forward her one month of an employees emails to her.  How do I go about getting this users emails and forwarding them to her?  I can set up forwarding for NEW emails, but I don't know how to get emails that she has already received.

You have a couple of options here.  Forwarding a months worth of past emil would be very cumbersome.

1.  Give yourself full rights to the mailbox.  Once it shows in Outlook for you.  Search for all email within the required time-frame and export them to PST for her.  You can then either let her open the PST or import the PST into her mailbox to a separate folder.

2. Give the manager access to the users mailbox so she can look for herself.
