VMW ESXI 5.5 HCL for Dell Optiplex

I am tring to configure a Failover manager for for ESXi 5.5 on a dell optiplex. when I load the softeware I get a configuration error stating wrong nic...how do i find what nic i need? I have gone to VM HCL but still didnt find compatiable NIC for Dell

You will need an Intel, Broadcom, or Realtec network interface which is supported and on the HCL.

OR, if you can find an ESXi 5.5 network interface driver, you can add it to the installation media, using the ESXIi ISO Customizer.

It may be easier to, use VMware Workstation, and install ESXi as a VM.
