WSUS 3.2 - Computers only show up in the Unassigned group

I deployed a new WSUS server and modified all of the policies to point to the new server and their respected groups.  All the groups have the same names as on the old server so I didn't have to change anything under "Enable client-side targeting."

I did modify the "Specify intranet Microsoft update service location" to http://newservername:80.

I'm manually able to move everyone, but it would be helpful if it worked by itself as with the old server.

Under File, Options, all I have listed is Disk Cleanup to Delete Files.
