We have an user who has 4 different contact folders  with different  and duplicate entries and he is using Outlook 2010.
Is there a program where I could clean up his contacts and combine them all  into one contact folder? So, he will not have 4 folders of contacts?
Cleaning them up in a .cvs sheet will take too long!

Decide which one you would like to keep, and export the other three.  After you export them, go in and import them into the one you want to keep, and in that process it will ask you if you want to replace duplicates, go ahead and turn that on that way it only keeps a single copy of the contact.  From there, let them go through all of the contacts!
