Exchange Server 2010 cannot be installed

Hi fellow Experts Exchangers,

I've googled and googled and can't find a similar explanation and resolution to to my particular problem.

I am migrating from Windows SBS 2003 to Windows SBS 2011. The BPA initially failed on the SBS 2003 box. The failure message was

"The Mailbox Manager setting is enabled for one or more recipient policies" This was resolved and upon the second BPA scan. Awesome!!! All systems go.

The migration appeared to be going well until the reboot of the SBS 2011 box reported installation issues. "Exchange Server 2010 cannot be installed" and "Incoming and outgoing e-mail for Microsoft SharePoint Foundation are not configured". I'm not overly concerned about SharePoint, Exchange on the other hand is a problem.

I've opened the ExchangeSetUp.log and the SBSSetup.log which i can't decipher. I've attached both logs. I'd really appreciate anyone's help.

Cheers,
Aintnoguru
