Not sure what the final goal is when you say SIP server, but here are 3 options I have heard about:

http://www.3cx.com/pbx/sip-faq/

http://www.officesip.com/

Say, with 6 sip phones Snom 300's on ADSL connections(Dynamic IP) at branches. They only to be able to make internal calls between each other. I need something for them to register to and make calls between each other.
What do you suggest?

With no self-experience I would go with http://www.3cx.com/pbx/sip-faq/

Its one of the most propagated ones among my google searches relative to voip. I would assume it has a larger user base and troubleshooting documentation.

You don't like free solutions like Asterisk? You could easily build a PBX system for those 6 phones to call each other.
