Need help with splitting data in excel

I have attached a sample excel file where I need to split data from one cell to two other cells.

I have added explaination on what I need. Can someone help me with the formula in the file and attach here again?

Try in B2:

=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("<ul>",A2)),MID(A2,FIND("<br /",A2),3000),A2)

and in C2:

=SUBSTITUTE(A2,B2,"")

both copied down
