Outlook 2010 Plain text Emails Doesnt type all letters??
I have 1 user complaining that when he types a plain text email the letters are stripped or just don't appear for half his typed message. Hes checked his keyboard and can type just fine with no issues on Notepad, MS Word, Excel and online typing in Google search etc.. but within Outlook replying and creating new emails half the letters in words/sentences are gone looking like this"
"Dar Mrs Jennings
Te Othr Dy I looked and Fond tht we are loking..............."

Once you've determined it's not hardware related try setting the Text Encoding to UTF-8 ...

- Text Encoding
- Unicode (UTF-8)

The only reason I mention that is typically when users are testing something they are very deliberate with their keystrokes... have you tried swapping keyboards?
