What drive? Your local laptop drive? no.. Only the external drive is encrypted, it would take no effect on your local drive.. Anything you put on that drive would be encrypted on that drive... <br />

Then if you are asking, if you move something from the encrypted to your local, would it be encrypted, the answer would still be no.. It would have to be on the external to be encrypted.. unless of course you have or made your local drive encrypted... <br />
