RDP on separate gateway from internet traffic

Is it possible for RDP to use a separate gateway than my internet traffic? I have a fiber and a coax line that I can access with two network cards in my computer. I would like to use RDP over the coax and internet over fiber.

Is this possible?

Thanks so much.

Good enough since I can route by ip. I would rather route by port
