Hi Asterisque
I have tried all those combinations, user is the only user who is unable to connect via active sync.
If I try to configure my info on the user mobile it fails. If I try to configure my info on my phone it works. If I try to configure the users info on my phone it fails.
All other users do not have a problem using active sync.
