What did you try ?

I suggest you to try with usernames :

- user@domain.local
- domain\user
- user

An other common problem is the certificate, for example, with Windows Phone, I have to install the certificate and the private key before configure the account...

ASKER

Hi Asterisque

I have tried all those combinations, user is the only user who is unable to connect via active sync.

If I try to configure my info on the user mobile it fails. If I try to configure my info on my phone it works. If I try to configure the users info on my phone it fails.

All other users do not have a problem using active sync.
OK, take a look in Exchange, on the user, you have a section regarding Activesync (my Exchange is in french, so Configuration du destinataire -> Boites aux lettres -> User -> Fonctionnalités de boite aux lettres -> Active sync (disabled or enabled)
