Dynamic creation of Text Boxes AND DROPDOWN LISTS

I want to create dynamic textboxes and dropdowns then i want to insert values in to the database.

one row contains  1 text box and 1 dropdown and again one text box      (   Add Row-- button).If i click it on add row button another row will create with text boxes and drop down.

Finally if click it on Save button all added rows will save into database
