X mark when accepting meeting invite from BB

Hi,

I was accepting a calander invite from a person and get a X mark for the appointment in BB.
But when i accepted from outlook it works.

Error code from BB server is as below.

the old red X message usually means you have a data sync issue with your handset talking back via BES & your Exchange server to your user account/mailbox.

what version of handset, OS and BES do you have.  it may be as simple as checking you have wireless sync set correctly for your calendar (you can switch off and do a manual sync via Desktop Manager and then re-enable), or re-deploying the service books from the BES admin console to the handset.

worse case, backup the device and reset/wipe the handset and re-join to the BES server.  it will then re-sync email/calendar and contacts.  check your using the current OS for your model of handset.

Is it all calendar\meeting invites, or are they from a particular requestor such as an external client?
