ASP.net self updating web page (SQL database)

Hi

I have an ASP.net website that shows data from a SQL database.
The data is updated every few seconds so I would like the
numbers and graphs to update automatically every few seconds.

The following web link shows an example of a similar system:

That page is using a silverlight plugin - the refresh is happening inside the Sliverlight application - nothing to do with .Net

If you want your page to refresh you can consider either the meta tag

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="30">

Or a javascript function using setInterval
