Good afternoon,

We are looking for a reasonably priced web conferencing solution that includes a conference call telephone number w/ voice service. This is needed for groups of 20 - 50 callers at a time.

Are there any recommendations based on support, price and quality of service?

Thanks in advance.

The market leaders in this area are GotoMeeting and Webex, owned by Citrix and Cisco respectively.

They are so strong in the field that their names are ubiquitous with web conferencing in the way Band-Aid is ubiquitous with adhesive bandages. The term is generally "Let's have a GotoMeeting" or "Let's have a WebEx" rather than "Let's have a web conference."

They both include audio conferencing, but I think WebEx might charge extra for it. I'm not sure as haven't used them in a while.

Of the two, GoToMeeting is a bit less expensive and probably taking the lead in this space. I use it all the time.
