Active directory linked as query via Access

I want to be able to link Active Directory via something like a pass-thru query so that I can retrieve full user name phone number, etc in real time so that if a new user is added to AD , I can get this information

This link might help.  Its a vb script that reads user info from Active Directory and puts it into a CSV file.  The same concept could potentially be used to create an Access Table or Dataset.
