I purchased a new Cisco DX650 Android Powered Office Phone.  It does not seem to have Google Play shopping cart app installed.  I need this to download and install other apps from the android market.  Can this be done for this particular phone?  I keep reading different sites that it is supported and Google Play can be used but, cannot find documentation on how to install or find how to install other apps for this particular phone.
