I have a client that uses AOL desktop 9.7 on a Windows 7 64 Dell computer. The computer was new 1 month ago and has been fine until suddenly AOL will just close down when you click on reply to some emails. I contacted AOL support today and they say that this is a known problem and they are working on it???????
At the same time the Vista computer in the other room has no problem replying to the same email.
I have performed the following:
1. Full virus and malware scans
2. Full cleaning with CCleaner
3. Reset AOL
4. Uninstalled and reinstalled AOL 9.7
Does anyone have any suggestions other than "get rid of AOL"?
