"how can i make the installation recognized which windows version?" - version (xp/win7/...) or architecture (x64/x86)?

Ok, architecture. You should be able to use a simple batch that holds he contents of those two or calls them by "call install 64.bat"
--
if %PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%==AMD64 goto 64
call install32.bat
goto end
:64
install64.bat
:end
--
That's all.
