Headers in Excel

Say,
We often want to paste a section from excel into an email.

The section pastes fine - however the top row of the spreadsheet which normally contains the headers is not included in this paste.

How can we in one action paste the top row of the spreadsheet together with section we require? i.e. how can we select multiple rows from spreadsheet solutions of both excel & google docs excel.

Hi shaunwingin,

I have very simple trick to do that - just write row numbers in column I in sheet Data & corresponding values reflect in other sheet called Email selection. its done, copy from that sheet & past to email.
