Receiving email from mail server as apache@mymailserver.com behalf of myuser@mymailserver.com

I have Postfix 2.10.2, + Dovecot 2.0.9 + Roundcube 0.9.4 based on Centus 6.3
I have installed message headers plugin in Roundcube, but I did not configure it.
It works in both ways (Sending and receiving) but When I sent a message it is received on the other end:
    In From part:
Apache [apache@mydomain.com] on behalf of Me [me@mydomain.com]

       And I want it just:
      Me [me@mydomain.com]

I am not sure where is the problem but here is my main.cf config:

how did you configure Roundcube to send mail to postfix?
smtp, server to 127.0.0.1 or different.
It might  be something that is added before the mail it handed off to postfix.
