we have hybrid exchange solution with users migrating to o365.
Problem is MS has been a night mare with support. my advice. dont go there.
we have reverted from using SBC due to 3 months of useless MS support. I was told if we keep UM on premise, then we can via the hybrid cloud solution have voice mail sent to users o365 account. at present users who miss calls on the cisco telephony get messages on the exchange UM. those migrating to cloud are not getting messages.
how can I configure to have this working for o365 users. if I keep my UM on premise working with telephony. integrated so all voice messages are managed by UM. hope this makes sense.
