Having issues with Enable-Migrations in VS Express 2013 for Web

I'm attempting add some additional fields to the ASPNetUsers database table and I'm running:

enable-migrations -ProjectName "OAS_Live"

but I'm getting the following error in the Package Manager Console
PM> enable-migrations -ProjectName "OAS_Live"

Any advice would be appreciated as I can't find anything of use online (loads there but been thru stacks and still no joy).

Than guys

Hi there.
Thanx for the response and yes it is. I'm using v6.0.2 (from recollection).
It is indeed. So does that suggest there's no fix for this issue then? How would I go about adding some additional fields then?

Thanx
