VMWARE error "vim fault resource not available" when migrating physical NIC from vSS to VDS

I am getting this error when I attempt to move a physical NIC from one switch to another VIm

Have you removed the NIC from the vSS before adding it to vDS?

yeah the issue was that the MAX uplink ports setting was set at 4 , I set it to five and all is good!!!max
