MAC Keyboard Shortcut help - PC Equivalents - Just two questions

When I'm in a browser session in windows, ALT + left arrow will navigate to the previous web page.   What is the MAC keyboard equivalent?
In a browser session, or a word document or excel workbook, etc, (in windows)  I can zoom in by holding down the CTRL key and using the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.  What is the MAC keyboard equivalent to zoom in and out of a web site or word document

Try command-left arrow and control-scroll

Comment Utility
Command + (plus) and Command - (minus) will also scroll in and out and Command 0 (zero) will restore the page to its original size.
