You will need to be more clear if you want to get a proper response in a short time, are you talking about VMware ESXi, vSphere Client, vCenter Server, Workstation, Fusion? Also, which version?

Adding PCI devices to what? Pass-through to VMs?

Let me know when you have that info.

here is an example of a PCI-e USB card added to VM, using VM Direct Path I/O
