How can I send an automated email from lotus notes 8

I am trying to send an email from lotus notes from a form that I built in Access. I can get the email to come up filled out, but I cannot get the email to send without actually clicking send.

You can prepare the whole mail and send it in the background. Notes does have to be installed, and activated, because it will be opened otherwise.

Another option is to prepare and send an SMTP mail, directly to the Domino server. To make that work, you have to ask your Admin to allow relaying internal mails.
