Remote App Pop up box issues.

We have an application being pushed out via Remote App. People hit Remote App with RDP and run the application fine. But if they hit certain features in the app a popup box will appear, BUT it pops up BEHIND the main screen. And so it appears as if they are froze when they really aren't. How can we get the popups to appear in the foreground?

Make sure you have the most recent client versions of RDP client on workstations.
Also check with the vendor of the software you're running in RemoteApp.
